Our brewers are Bart Devillé and his oldest son Akke. Akke learned all the tricks of the trade through his father. Assisting his father eventually led to Akke making his own brews. To be able to make all these beers, they have a brewing installation with a capacity of 18 hectoliters. In 2019, they brew between 1,500 and 2,000 hectoliters per year. For our Geuze, which is made from our Lambic, we currently have 300 oak barrels on which to mature.
1-hour guided tours of the brewery which include tasting are possible by reservation only. We accept groups up to 8 people.
